Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing interval
All Strongeas plans are monthly subscriptions billed in Canadian dollars: Research $400 CAD/month, Professional $600 CAD/month, Advanced $800 CAD/month, plus applicable GST/HST/QST.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews every month on your billing date until you cancel. We email a receipt after each charge.
How to cancel
- In your account: Account → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Or email billing@strongeas.com from your account email.
Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
Refunds
Monthly charges are not refunded for partial months, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund that charge.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
